Exercise and Chronic Pain

People with pain have often been told to just ‘exercise more’.  We know that for many, this isn’t possible without increasing your pain.  Typical ‘physio exercises’ can also be boring and repetitive! In this one hour masterclass, our lead pain physiotherapist Andy Laird will help you to overcome some of the challenges with exercise, and our lead clinical psychologist Dr Romy Sherlock will also be on hand to discuss some of those tricky thoughts and feelings that can be barriers to exercise.
