Romy Sherlock

Dr Romy Sherlock is an HCPC registered clinical psychologist. She has worked as a psychologist since graduating in 2003, and qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2009.

Since then, she has worked in the area of health psychology, specialising in working with people with persistent pain. Romy works in an integrative way, incorporating a broad range of psychological models, but has a particular interest in acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focussed therapy, and is an EMDR Europe accredited Consultant and Supervisor. She has an interest in working with the overlap between trauma and persistent pain.

In her spare time, she can be found hanging in her garden egg chair reading a good book, if the UK weather allows …

Andy Laird

Andy Laird has been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist specialising in pain rehabilitation for over 20 years, both in the NHS and in the independent sector. As a psychologically informed practitioner, he utilises a number of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and pain reprocessing therapy to optimise outcomes in addition to his musculoskeletal background. Andy has a passion for making rehabilitation fun, and is never too far away from his music!

Outside the clinical context, he can be found being walked by his dogs!

Our Associates

We are lucky enough to work with a large group of pain specialist physiotherapists, occupational therapists and psychologists across the UK.  Each of these clinicians has been through our due diligence processes, and we are confident in their skills to provide excellent evidence-based pain rehabilitation services.

We believe strongly in working as a team and our associates benefit from our strong network of support and supervision.

Wherever your clients are in the UK, we are likely to have someone nearby who can help.  Get in touch to find out how.
